Course overview

The programme addresses those responsible for organising civil defence within an organisation: planning, documentation, command and readiness. It covers the legal framework, how planning documents are produced, command and warning, protection of employees, assessment of the situation and the organisation of response. "Level 1", "Level 2" and "Level 3" are a Nobel Group classification, introduced so a client can match a programme to a group of participants. The legislation uses no such numbering: there, categories follow the participants' functions and status.
