Regulatory basis
The Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the applicable Rules and time limits for training, instruction and knowledge assessment on occupational safety and health for workers, managers and persons responsible for occupational safety, approved by Order No. 1019 of 25 December 2015, as currently in force. The frequency of training and assessment depends on the category of personnel.
