Regulatory basis
The industrial-safety legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the applicable Rules on the preparation, retraining and knowledge assessment of managers, specialists and workers in industrial safety, approved by Order No. 332 of the Minister for Emergency Situations of 9 July 2021, as currently in force. Training frequency and programme length depend on the category of personnel.
