Who processes your data

The owner and operator of the personal data collected through nobelgroup.kz is Limited Liability Partnership "Nobel Group" (Nobel Group LLP), BIN 080440023067, Republic of Kazakhstan, 060011, Atyrau Region, Atyrau, K. Satpayev street 50B, office 18. This policy describes what data this website collects, for what purpose and on what basis. Email: info@nobelgroup.kz. Company telephone: +7 705 111 29 04. Website and WhatsApp telephone: +7 771 796 19 26.

Data you provide yourself

The only way this website obtains your personal data is the enquiry form. Only your name, email address and the consent tick are required; the remaining fields are optional and exist solely so that we can prepare a meaningful reply.

  • First name (required) and surname
  • Email address (required)
  • Telephone
  • Company, job title, city, industry
  • The service or course of interest, number of participants, preferred delivery format and dates
  • The text of your message
  • The data-processing consent tick (required)

Data collected automatically

A small amount of technical context is stored alongside the submitted form. It exists so that we can see which page the enquiry came from, and to protect the form from automated submissions. The site builds no visitor profiles and does not track you between visits.

  • The address of the page the form was sent from, and the form type
  • The course or service name, where the form was opened from a course page
  • Your browser's User-Agent string — stored with the enquiry
  • Your IP address — used only to limit submission frequency, and passed with the enquiry to our own system for abuse handling. The IP address is not passed to any external service
  • A hidden anti-bot field: if it is filled in, the enquiry is not stored at all

Why we process data

The purposes are limited and defined in advance: to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, agree the arrangements for training and conduct the related correspondence. We do not use form data for mailing lists, do not sell it and do not pass it to advertising networks.

Basis for processing

Processing is carried out with your consent under Articles 7 and 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 21 May 2013 No. 94-V “On personal data and their protection”. Consent is given by ticking the box on the enquiry form; without it the form is not sent. Separate cases of processing without consent are set out in Article 9 of the same Law.

What your consent covers

Under Article 8(4) of the Law, your consent covers the following.

  • Operator: Nobel Group LLP, BIN 080440023067
  • Subject: the person who entered their data in the enquiry form
  • List of data collected: set out in the sections above
  • Period of consent: until the purposes of processing are achieved, or until you withdraw it
  • Transfer to third parties: data is not passed to third parties except where directly required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • Cross-border transfer: yes — see “Where data is stored”
  • Distribution in publicly available sources: none

Who has access to your data

Access is limited to Nobel Group LLP staff who need it to answer the enquiry and arrange training. Enquiries are held in the company's own system; the website is not connected to any external CRM or mailing service and uses no analytics, advertising networks or third-party scripts. Should such a connection be added, this section will be updated before it goes live.

Where data is stored, and cross-border transfer

The website and the enquiry database are hosted on a dedicated server of a hosting provider located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. This means that when you send the form your data is transferred and stored abroad — a cross-border transfer within the meaning of Article 16 of the Law. By sending the form you consent to that transfer. If you would rather your data were not transferred abroad, please contact us by telephone or email instead of using the form.

How long we keep data

The retention period is determined by the date on which the purposes of collection and processing are achieved, unless the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides otherwise. Data is destroyed once the retention period expires, when the relationship between you and the company ends, or at your request in the cases established by the Law.

How we protect data

We describe only the measures that are actually in place on this website.

  • The site is served over HTTPS, with a standing redirect to the secure connection
  • The enquiry form is rate-limited and protected against automated submissions
  • Server logs never record your name, email address, telephone number or message text
  • Access to stored enquiries is limited to company staff
  • The site takes no payments and asks for no card details, identity-document data or other sensitive data

Your rights

Article 24 of the Law gives you the following rights in respect of your personal data.

  • To know whether we hold your data, and to receive confirmation of the fact, purposes, sources and methods of its collection and processing, the list of data held and the periods of processing and storage
  • To require correction and completion of your data where supported by documents
  • To require blocking of your data where there is information that the conditions of collection or processing have been breached
  • To require destruction of data collected or processed in breach of the law, and in the other cases established by the Law
  • To withdraw consent to collection, processing, transfer to third parties and cross-border transfer, except in the cases set out in Article 8(2) of the Law
  • To protection of your rights and lawful interests, including compensation for harm

How to exercise your rights

Write to info@nobelgroup.kz or call +7 705 111 29 04. Please say which data you mean so that we can locate the enquiry. Where you withdraw consent, we stop processing within fifteen working days unless retention is required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or we send you a reasoned refusal (Article 8(7) of the Law).

Cookies and local storage

The site uses one strictly necessary cookie to remember your language and one browser local-storage entry to remember your choice in the cookie banner. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

Links to external resources

The site links to WhatsApp and to the company's Instagram page. Following those links takes you to resources run by other organisations with their own data-handling rules; this policy does not apply to them. No content from those services is loaded into the pages of this site.

Changes to this policy

If the way this site collects or stores data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top of the document. Material changes take effect when published on this page.
