Regulatory basis
The industrial-safety legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the applicable Rules on ensuring industrial safety in the operation of lifting mechanisms, approved by Order No. 359 of 30 December 2014, and — for the relevant categories of personnel — the Rules on preparation, retraining and knowledge assessment in industrial safety.
