Who owns this website
The website nobelgroup.kz is owned and operated by Limited Liability Partnership "Nobel Group" (Nobel Group LLP), BIN 080440023067, Republic of Kazakhstan, 060011, Atyrau Region, Atyrau, K. Purpose of the website
The site is intended for organisations and professionals who need information about safety training and training-management services. It is an informational resource: it describes programmes and ways of working, but it is not an online shop and does not allow training to be booked or paid for online.
Course information is indicative
Course descriptions, audiences, durations, delivery formats and the documents issued are given for orientation. Programmes are adapted to the facility, the category of personnel and the client's objectives, so the final scope, dates and price are set out in the proposal and the contract, not on the pages of this site.
Regulatory information
Where this site refers to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is a short summary for orientation, not legal advice. The wording was checked against official sources on the date stated, but legislation changes. The version of the official act in force always prevails, and whether a requirement applies to a particular organisation is a matter for that organisation's own assessment.
Enquiries do not create a contract
Sending the form, writing or calling is a request for information. It is not a booking, a reservation, an offer or an acceptance, and it creates no obligation for you or for us. Contractual relations arise only once the parties sign a contract or other written agreement.
Prices and dates
The site publishes no price list and no schedule. Prices and dates are set for the specific request and depend on the programme, the number of participants, the format and the venue. Current terms are given in reply to an enquiry.
Intellectual property
The texts, structure, design and graphics of this site belong to Nobel Group LLP unless stated otherwise. The IOSH and RoSPA names and marks, and the logos of client organisations, belong to their respective owners and are used here with their permission; their appearance here grants you no rights in them. Copying site material for commercial purposes without written consent is not permitted; quotation with attribution is allowed.

Personal data
The processing of personal data you provide through the site is described in the Privacy Policy. By sending the form you confirm your consent to processing on the terms set out there.
